And yet another update: I just got a call from their billing dept AGAIN being so rude to me telling me that I owed money for a procedure that (1) they told me had a 2yrs warranty, (2) they should not bill me for bc I have already paid. They rudely repeatedly told me: they don’t have a warranty policy and that I haven’t paid. BUT I HAVE PAID. For a service that was clearly terrible!? This is literally outrageous. I’ve spent hours on the phone with these peopleβ€” THEY keep calling MEβ€” and they still cannot simply: look at my records! Figure this out!!!!! This is truly astonishing. After calling, emailing, texting, calling again, AND CONFIRMING IN PERSON that they have my new insurance: they billed my old insurance company, blaming ME for not informing them. On top of that, they charged me for a service, it didn’t work, I had a warranty so they did the procedure AGAIN- I asked before leaving β€œI have a warranty, so you will not be billing me for this correct?” They confirmed. They charged me for it. Then tried to tell me they’ve never heard of such a thing as a warranty. I made them place me on hold to check and see and yes- there is a 2yr warranty, just as I said. Not to mention how

I chose this practice based on the decent reviews. I had a good new patient exam and cleaning, which is why I went back for the recommended work. When I went in for a consultation before the work, I was required to pay in advance and in full. It took me over two weeks to get part of my payment back for the work that was not successfully performed. When I returned for my work, the standard of care dropped significantly. A root canal was attempted without first taking a 3D CBCT scan, despite this imaging being critical for evaluating root anatomy and case complexity. Had proper imaging been done initially, this procedure should have been referred out from the start, avoiding unnecessary pain, delay, and expense. IV sedation during the appointment was handled in an alarming and unprofessional way. After the doctor was unable to place the IV, the assistant tried, then a receptionist/manager whoever, was asked to come in and attempt IV placement. I was repeatedly poked and left feeling like a pin cushion by three different people. After they couldn't get the IV, the doctor asked if I'd like to be referred out or given an IM sedation. I was already under the influence of an oral sedat

I’ve had both dental work and cleanings done at Oasis, and the staff is truly amazing. Nicole is incredibly thoroughβ€”she explains everything clearly and goes above and beyond, from managing the office to helping in the back. Dr. Madani and Dr. Owen listen carefully to your needs and guide you toward the best plan for a healthy smile.

Dr. Madani comfort of the procedure of fillings is the best! He explained well the care plan for my teeth for what to do next like wisdom tooth extraction and implant. The deep clean of my dental hygienist also is 5 star! The front desk staff assistance is appreciated. I can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you Oasis Dental for 5 star experience.

I had a feeling I was being taken advantage of and a second-opinion showed a drastic difference (12 teeth needing work according to Oasis Dental vs two) in what was recommended. I had not gone in for a dental cleaning during 2020 / 2021 / part of 2022 due to COVID and having an underlying health concern which made me very cautious during that time. I had a change in health insurance, which my previous dental clinic no longer was a part of, but Oasis Dental was. I had a cleaning scheduled which turned into some x-rays, a gum examination by a hygienist and a visit by one of the dentists, who looked in my mouth and poked around for ~30 seconds and then informed me that I had 12 teeth that needed either a replacement filling or had a new cavity that needed a new filling. This felt off, as I have good dental hygiene and from my last dental visit had a positive cleaning and zero cavities or new watches placed. Sure, it had been awhile since I had been in, but again, I have established dental hygiene that I didn't think would amount to 12 teeth needing new fillings or replacement fillings. As a second opinion, I decided to pay out of pocket for the previous dental clinic to do a thorou
